What is a Preorder?
A preorder is when you place an order for and item releasing in the future. You pay either the full amount or a deposit price to secure your order.
What is a Tentative Preorder
When we think there may be a chance we will not be provided as much inventory as we have ordered, we denote these orders as Tentative. If we can not fulfill your order, it will be refunded in full.
What is the difference between a Deposit and Full Payment?
Think of it as lay-away. Paying the deposit amount secures your order, and we will bill you the balance (Full Payment - Deposit + Shipping [if applicable]) once the item is in and ready to ship.
Can I Cancel a Preorder?
Most preorders can indeed be cancelled -- simply reach out to us and we will facilitate. Please note that some items -- including special orders -- can not be cancelled. Likewise, we may not be able to cancel a preorder once it has been shipped from our distributor to us, or from us to you.
When does my Preorder ship?
Please take note of the estimated release date on the product page for for the item you have ordered. We will also update if there is a delay or change.
What if my address changes?
Simply reach out to us and we can update the shipping address on your order. Please note that you may incur additional shipping charges depending on the new shipping location.
