What is your Return Policy?
Items may be returned to us, at your expense, within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be in new, unopened condition (or the exact condition sent to you) and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please contact us before returning any items from your order. Unclaimed or Return to Sender packages will be treated as returns.
What items can not be returned?
Opened or used items may not be returned. We also do not accept returns of clearance or sale items.
Special order items (items we order on your behalf, specifically for you) may not be returned.
Preorder items may not be returned.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
For damaged items, if the damage occurred in transit, please contact us immediately with pictures so that we may submit an insurance claim. Please note that insurance is NOT available on First Class parcels.
If the item is damaged from the manufacturer, please keep all items together and provide us with images of the damage so that we may investigate. We can not guarantee that all manufacturer defects (especially cosmetic defects that may not affect functionality) will be addressed, but we will make every effort.
In all situations, please keep the damaged items and the packaging together and as unmolested as possible so that we can work through the claim process.
RETURNS: We will issue refunds for any items returned to us in their original, unopened condition. Please note however that we do NOT accept returns for special order, clearance or preorder items.
Items must be shipped back to us as customer's expense and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
PREORDERS: Cancelled Preorders that have not yet shipped (either to you or from our distributors to us) will be refunded in full. Please note that not all preorders are able to be cancelled and refunded.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method where available, or provided as store credit.
